- 6 tbsp TOMI Chocolate
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ tbsp dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp water
- Optional: 2–3 tbsp maple syrup for extra sweetness
Directions
- In a bowl, mix TOMI Chocolate, oats, salt, and chocolate chips.
- Add applesauce and water. Mix until well combined.
- Add maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Gently flatten with a spoon to create cookie shapes.
- Chill until firm and enjoy!
