Ingredients
- ½ cup preferred flour
- ½ cup TOMI Vanilla or TOMI Chocolate
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1½ cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- Nonstick cooking spray, as needed
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. A slightly grainy texture is okay.
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
