Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk of choice

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup TOMI Chocolate
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Extras

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • Optional: dash of cinnamon
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp maple syrup if desired sweeter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with eggs, yogurt, and milk.
  3. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop into muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until set.
  8. Let cool slightly and enjoy warm.
