Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk of choice
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup TOMI Chocolate
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Extras
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- Optional: dash of cinnamon
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp maple syrup if desired sweeter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with eggs, yogurt, and milk.
- In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop into muffin cups.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy warm.
