Prep time: 5 minutes
Chill time: At least 4 hours or overnight
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup TOMI Vanilla
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries

Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup, if you'd like it a little sweeter

Directions

  1. Add the chia seeds, TOMI Vanilla, and milk to a bowl.
  2. Whisk well until completely combined.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 5–10 minutes, then stir again to help prevent the chia seeds from clumping.
  4. Divide between 4 small jars or containers.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thick and creamy.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries before serving.

Optional variations

🫐 Swap raspberries for blueberries.
🍓 Try sliced strawberries for a naturally sweeter version.
🍌 Add sliced banana on top.
🥥 Sprinkle with unsweetened shredded coconut.
🍫 Use TOMI Chocolate and raspberries for a chocolate-raspberry version.

Why we love these ingredients

✔️ Chia seeds provide fibre and healthy fats while naturally creating the pudding's creamy texture.
✔️ Raspberries add bright flavour, natural sweetness, fibre, and vitamin C.
✔️ TOMI Vanilla adds plant-based protein, healthy fats, DHA, iron, probiotics, and prebiotic fibre.

Tips for best results

  • Don't skip the second stir. Giving the pudding another stir after 5–10 minutes helps distribute the chia seeds evenly.
  • If the pudding is too thick after chilling, simply stir in a splash of milk.
  • For children who don't enjoy the texture of whole chia seeds, blend the mixture before refrigerating for a smoother, more traditional pudding texture.
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries can work. If using frozen berries, thaw them first and drain any excess liquid.

Storage

Keep the chia pudding covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
For meal prep, portion it into individual containers and add the fresh raspberries when you're ready to serve.
